Hi,  I’m Emma and I specialise in helping you to achieve better health.  I am here to provide support and guidance to people who want to make positive changes in their lives, to improve health, fitness and wellbeing.

From a simple search on the internet it is all too easy to be bombarded with information about exercise, diets, nutrition and what is bad and good for us.  I’m here to help you navigate through this information and work out what is suitable for you.
